Call for Abstracts: Undergraduate Research Week Poster Competition

Undergraduate students from all disciplines are invited to submit a research abstract to the U of A's Undergraduate Research Week Poster Competition. For each of the nine research categories, a $100 prize will be awarded for first place, $75 for second place and $50 for third place. Submissions are due by 11:59 p.m. Wednesday, March 31.

Abstract guidelines are available on the submission form website. Submissions will be reviewed by delegates from the Division of Research and Innovation, Honors College and University Libraries. All research is welcome, including creative and experiential projects.

Those selected for the poster round will be notified by April 5 and must prepare a research presentation video that will be included in the virtual event the week of April 19. Posters and accompanying recorded presentations will be due by April 16. U of A faculty will judge the poster presentations and select three winners in each category to receive cash prizes.
