Student Body Elects 2021-22 ASG Executive Council and ASG Senate

Students have elected their executive and legislative Associated Student Government officials for the 2021-22 academic year. Next year's ASG executive committee includes:

  • Coleman Warren, a junior Industrial engineering and political science major from Farmington, will serve as the 2021-22 ASG president.
  • Teia Anderson, a junior political science major from Frisco, Texas, will serve as the 2021-22 ASG vice president.
  • Hanna Patel, a junior finance, marketing, and management major from West Memphis, will serve as the 2021-22 ASG treasurer.
  • Kaleigh Koc, a junior journalism major from Kansas City, Kansas, will serve as the 2021-22 ASG secretary.

In addition, four individuals were selected to serve on the 2021-22 Executive Council by ASG Senate, Judiciary, and Executive-Elects:

  • Jack Switzer, a junior political science major from Austin, Texas, was selected by the ASG Senate as the 2021-22 ASG chair of senate.
  • Nicole Dominguez, a junior biology major from Springdale, was selected by the president-elect as the 2021-22 ASG chief of staff.
  • Adam Hagler, a sophomore sociology and criminology major from Harrison, was selected by the ASG Judiciary for a second term as the 2021-22 chief justice.
  • Michael Fuhrman, a junior history and psychology major from Benton, was selected by the president-elect as the 2021-22 ASG membership development coordinator.

In the general election, students also had the opportunity to select senators to represent their specific colleges. The 2021-22 ASG senators are:

General Elections were conducted on March 1-3. On March 5, the ASGJ Judiciary confirmed the results and made the official announcement of the newly elected individuals via the ASG website. Senate seats not filled in this election will be filled as at-large seats during the Fall 2021 ASG vacancy election.
