All In for Arkansas will return this fall for 1,871 minutes of fun and philanthropy.

All In for Arkansas will return this fall on Sept. 1 and 2, bringing with it the opportunity for University of Arkansas campus programs to raise money for key initiatives. The giving day, which traditionally celebrates the university's birthday each year, will be especially exciting in 2021, thanks to the U of A's sesquicentennial.

All In for Arkansas unites the Razorback family on campus and around the world for 1,871 minutes of fun and philanthropy. The record-breaking 2019 event rallied 1,420 gifts and raised more than $465,000 for 153 different funds across campus, from scholarships and study abroad to digitization projects and student success initiatives.

Campus partners who are interested in raising money for their university initaitives and being a part of the #Allin4Arkansas buzz on social media are encouraged to participate in a spring All In for Arkansas Lunch and Learn session to get up to speed on the event. This year, it will be easier than ever for participating groups to raise funds for a specific project, program, department or scholarship during giving day - all to impact U of A students.

A virtual Lunch & Learn will be held from noon to 1 p.m. April 14 and will be recorded for those who are unable to attend. To participate in the live session or to receive the recording afterwards, please register in advance at this link. A giving day overview, tips to maximize success and key deadlines will all be covered during the session, followed by a questions and answers. Returning, new and interested groups are encouraged to attend.

In addition to the All In for Arkansas Lunch and Learn sessions, the Office of Annual Giving will be holding regular "All In office hours" for anyone who wants to drop in for a quick conversation over Zoom. Beginning April 29, these sessions will be held bi-weekly on Thursdays at 2 p.m. for 30 minutes. If no participants attend within the first 10 minutes, the session will be ended.

What is giving day all about?

For the fifth time, the University of Arkansas will be celebrating its birthday in a big way by hosting a day of giving on Sept. 1-2, 2021. All In for Arkansas is a 1,871-minute online fundraiser that unites the Razorback family around the world and rallies support for academic programs and student-success initiatives across campus.

Can my group participate in giving day?

All giving day projects must support an official University of Arkansas department, program, project or scholarship fund. In addition to a required UA Foundation account, elements needed for a successful campaign include: a compelling cause, motivated project leaders and built-in affinity groups. Examples include campus groups with passionate alumni, scholarships honoring beloved faculty members, outreach programs with widespread appeal or board-driven fundraising projects. RSOs, Greek chapters and other student groups are encouraged to participate by rallying support for a registered All In for Arkansas project with a similar mission or area of passion (i.e. Senior Walk, student emergency funds, study abroad or a specific academic unit or scholarship fund).
