Candidate for Dean of Libraries to Visit Campus

A third and final candidate for the position of dean of University Libraries will be on campus May 20 to meet with faculty, staff and administrators and to give a public presentation answering the question: "How do you see University Libraries adding value to the broader mission of the University of Arkansas and higher education over the next three-to-five years?"
Angie Ohler, associate dean for content and digital initiatives at the University of Arkansas Libraries, will be the final candidate to present at 2:30 p.m. Thursday, May 20, in the School of Law's E.J. Ball Courtroom. Her 25-minute presentation will be followed by a 30-minute question and answer session moderated by Lynda Coon, interim dean of University Libraries and chair of the search committee. All who attend in person are required to wear face coverings and practice social distancing. The presentation will also be streamed live on Zoom.
