Gizmo IP Address Changing on July 17

IT Services is changing the IP address of Gizmo, a legacy file sharing system, on July 17. This change is to support a migration of the system from the legacy SRX firewall to the next generation Data Center environment.

If you are connecting to Gizmo using the DNS "gizmo.uark.edu," no additional actions are required.

If your computer or system connects to Gizmo using the IP address, contact the IT Help Desk at help.uark.edu or 479-575-HELP for assistance updating to the new address. Computers and systems still using to the old IP address will no longer be able to connect after July 17.
