Participate in a Time-Restricted Feeding, Nutrition and Health Study

The Department of Food Science and the Center for Human Nutrition at the U of A are recruiting adults between the ages of 25-50 years to participate in a nutrition study related to time-restricted feeding (eating for eight hours and fasting for 16 hours each day). 

The study lasts up to 14 weeks and involves 11-12 visits to the U of A and the Center for Human Nutrition. The study involves measurements of sleep, mood, diet and other aspects of health.
