Participants Wanted for Study Examining Effect of Berry Supplementation on Inflammation

The U of A Exercise Science Research Center is seeking participants in a study examining the effect of berry supplementation in acute and chronic inflammation.

Participants will be asked to supplement with berry-flavored water twice a day for six weeks, as well as perform a bout of heavy weight lifting exercise at the start and end of the six-week period. If you participate in habitual resistance exercise (more than once a week for the last two months) you will not be allowed to enroll in the study. Upon completion, participants will receive a $200 Amazon gift card.
