Lecture Tonight for Safe and Sexy Week

Sexual Health Organization and Outreach (SHOO) invites students to attend Safe and Sexy Week, an event co-sponsored by the Gender Studies Program, the Medical Humanities Department and the Pat Walker Health Center Department of Wellness. This event will take place with tabling Oct. 27-29 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. outside the Arkansas Student Union.

On Thursday, Oct. 28, at 6 p.m., Park, medical consultant for the Centers for Disease Control's Division of Sexually Transmitted Diseases, will give a lecture and a Q&A over Zoom. Details can be found below.

Safe and Sexy Week's purpose is to promote safer sex in a fun and pleasurable way. Stop by our table outside the union for candy, condoms and lube. We will also be doing a huge giveaway sponsored by Pearls Bookstore, Cupids Lingerie and the Campus Bookstore on Dickson. Come enter for a chance to win!

This event is supported by the Student Activities Fee as a funded event by the Associated Student Government and is free to all currently enrolled U of A students who pay the student activities fee.
