Ashton Julian named campus dining registered dietitian.

Our Food on The Hill partners welcomed Ashton Julian to their team earlier this month as the new campus dining registered dietitian nutritionist. She has a wide range of experiences in clinical nutrition, nutrition counseling and wellness promotion. Julian serves the students at the U of A and is responsible for overseeing individual dietary accommodations for students, particularly those with food allergies and intolerances, diseases and conditions, vegetarian and vegan options, balanced meals, wellness and healthy dining on campus.

Julian obtained her bachelor's degree in human nutrition and hospitality with a concentration in dietetics from the U of A. She is a registered and licensed dietitian. She completed her dietetic internship with Morrison Healthcare in the Northwest Arkansas area. She is passionate for educating students on nutrition and wellness. Julian wants to help them achieve healthy, balanced lifestyles.

She is available to answer questions and help students navigate dining halls. Please contact her to set up a one-on-one appointment. Contact Ashton today at diet@uark.edu or 479-263-6264.
