Study: Latino Participants' Acceptability of Home Meal Kit

The U of A Sensory Science Center is looking for Latino individuals who would like to participate in a paid study of evaluating a meal kit sample (rice and bean). Participants need to pick up a meal packet from the Sensory Science Center (Department of Food Science, 2650 N. Young Ave., Fayetteville, AR, 72704) and prepare and consume in their home while answering a brief survey. Participants will be rewarded with a $20 Amazon e-gift card upon completion of the study.
