Every Wednesday at the Multicultural Center there will be yoga led in Spanish. Instructor Chloe Dean leads the class in becoming present and practicing yoga. It's open for everyone at the U of A — students, faculty or staff - regardless of level or experience. It starts at noon in room 404 of the student union.

All levels are welcome to join, no matter the amount of time you have practiced yoga. Please bring your own yoga mat and be ready to slow down from the busyness of your life. We hope to see you there!
