Ukrainian and Russian Languages: Learn Differences and Similarities

Come to learn about differences and similarities between Ukrainian and Russian languages from 5-6 p.m., Tuesday, March 8, in Kimpel Hall 102. There are several languages spoken in the Ukraine nation. One of them is a mixture of Russian and Ukrainian language called Surzhik, which is similar to Creole.

This event will teach you basic phrases in Surzhik and Ukrainian, as well as singing in these languages. No knowledge of any language is required.
