Program Allocations Board Meeting Scheduled for Friday

The Primary Allocations Meeting of the Program Allocations Board for the 2023 Fiscal Year is slated for 2 p.m., Friday, March 11, in the Pederson Conference Room (ADMN 428). This meeting is open to all students to attend and will last until all proposed budgets are decided on by the board.

The Program Allocations Board is a group of students consisting of the following campus positions:

  • Associated Student Government President Coleman Warren (chair)
  • SOOIE President Katie Strickland (vice chair)
  • Distinguished Lecture Committee Chair Michael Fuhrman (secretary)
  • Associated Student Government Vice President Teia Anderson
  • Associated Student Government Treasurer Hanna Patel
  • Associated Student Government Senate Rep. Jack Switzer
  • Headliners Concert Committee Chair Collin Petigna
  • University Programs President Fernanda Alcantara
  • Volunteer Action Center President Elizabeth Loudermilk
  • Student At-Large Jimmy Donlon

The Program Allocations Board (PAB) meets regularly to allocate the student activity fee to fund various programs and events administered by the programs connected to PAB. This process starts with a primary funding round at the end of the academic year to set the budget for each organization represented. This primary round is occurring on Friday, March 11. The board will be allocating over $1.8 million in student activity fees.
