Share Your Home State's Culture During Global Series' USA Day

USA Day is just around the corner! The International Culture Team is partnering with Holcombe Global Series to bring USA Day to campus.

The event starts at 6 p.m., Wednesday, April 13, in the Holcombe Hall living room.

In our various Global Series, we hear from international students who talk about the traditions, beliefs and cultures of their countries. For USA Day, this is an opportunity to share your home state's culture and fun with international students and scholars.

We need student, staff and faculty volunteers to make a table representing the state that they are from. Your presentation can have pictures, food samples, memorabilia, items often found there, games, activities and more. We need volunteers to create these "cultural state tables."

If you are interested in presenting, you can sign up for volunteering hours using the following link: https://uark.givepulse.com/event/285678-USA-Day-Presenters.

This event is open to all students, staff and faculty as well as the Fayetteville community. We encourage attendees to invite their families and friends.
