Are you feeling stressed and anxious about finals? Do you struggle with test anxiety?

The Counseling and Psychological Services Test Anxiety 101 workshop can help! The goal of this workshop is to introduce students to the facts about test anxiety, help them to understand their own experience with test anxiety and learn strategies to reduce test anxiety.
