Celebrate Being Back on Campus Aug. 29
Journalists Association of Minorities invites students to attend JAM Out, a celebratory event dedicated to welcoming students back to school, from 9 p.m. to midnight Monday, Aug. 29, on the corner of Dickson Street and McIlroy Avenue, by Kimpel and Founders Hall.
Join JAM for free snacks and intellectual conversation about how journalism can connect to your major!
Journalists Association of Minorities is an RSO that is dedicated to educating, encourage and nurturing the creative endeavors of BIPOC journalists. JAM achieves this by hosting career related events monthly that help students network with other BIPOC journalists in the community.
This event is supported by the Student Activities Fee as a funded event by the Associated Student Government and is free to all currently enrolled University of Arkansas, Fayetteville, students who pay the student activities fee.
