Participants Needed for Research on Tabletop Role-Playing Games as Intervention for Anxiety
Allen Burnett, who is currently completing his M.S.W. with the School of Social Work, is recruiting adults over 18 to participate in a tabletop role-playing game study. The study will determine if playing tabletop role-playing games such as Dungeons & Dragons can positively affect anxiety. The study is looking for people who are interested in playing a game of Dungeons & Dragons and identify as anxious.
The study lasts up to eight weeks and involves once-a-week sessions of a tabletop role-playing game to be played at the School of Social Work for eight weeks.
Participants will receive a $50 Amazon gift card for participating in the study.
