The Office of Research Integrity and Compliance invites university faculty, staff and students to Coffee with Compliance. These one-hour sessions are similar to office hours where members of the university community can ask questions or discuss any matter relating to federal and state research regulations and university policies. Staff members will be available for the following areas:

  • Institutional Review Board (IRB): Ro Windwalker
  • Institutional Animal Care and Welfare (IACUC): Dr. Rebecca Kavanaugh
  • Institutional Biosafety Committee (IBC): Dr. Jim Hogan
  • Export Control: Melvin Torres

In-person meetings will take place at the Office of Research Integrity and Compliance, 1424 W. MLK Blvd. (MLKG, located at the corner of MLK Boulevard and Razorback Road).  All Coffee with Compliance start at 11 a.m. on the second Monday of October, November and December. Coffee, soft drinks, water and snacks will be provided. Please join us for these events.

Spring Bike Drive Refurbishes Old Bikes for New Students

All donated bikes will be given to Pedal It Forward, a local nonprofit that will refurbish your bike and return it to the U of A campus to be gifted to a student in need. Hundreds of students have already benefited.
