Panel Discussion: 'Cybersecurity: Not Just for IT Professionals Anymore'

Cybersecurity is an all-encompassing term that includes the intersection of the physical and digital worlds. Just a few years ago, operations managers and leaders throughout government and industry could secure networks by simply hiring a few good IT specialists and a chief information officer. Those days are over.

Phishing, sophisticated social engineering and even nation-state agents are attacking thousands of times a day. Securing information at all levels requires a culture throughout an organization.

Join panelists Rich Ham and Rashone Tate at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 25, to explore current trends and new mitigation methods leaders must understand in today's world.

Hosted by the MS in Operations Management and MS in Engineering Management programs in the Department of Industrial Engineering in the College of Engineering.
