University Recreation is offering small group training classes for the second half of the Fall 2022 semester. Small group training blends the camaraderie of group fitness with the individualized attention of a certified personal trainer. Small group training is a great option for those seeking to be a part of a motivating class working towards achieving their fitness goals.

Classes are offered at various times throughout the day to fit your schedule and take place in the UREC Train studio, a private training space for clients located in the HPER building. Each class meets twice a week for six weeks, Oct. 24 to Dec. 8. The cost for students to participate in the entire six-week session is $43; for all other UREC members the cost is $57.

Register for Small Group Training in the UREC main office located in HPER 225 or register online at urecmembers.uark.edu. Registration is open through the first class day, Oct. 24. The Fall 2022 Small Group Training schedule, registration packet and more information for all session dates and times are listed on urec.uark.edu.
