Arkansas Collegiate Substance Use Assessment Survey; Chance to Win $100 Amazon Gift Card

The Arkansas Department of Human Services-Division of Aging, Adults, and Behavioral Health Services is conducting the Arkansas Collegiate Substance Use Assessment with the U of A Little Rock Survey Research Center and MidSOUTH. The purpose of this survey is to collect self-reported data on alcohol and drug use, mental health status and perceived attitudes and beliefs among college students in Arkansas. The survey should take approximately 11 minutes.  

If you participate, you will have the option to be entered in a drawing to win one of five $100 Amazon gift cards. The survey will close on Monday, Oct. 31. 

Students who complete the survey will be providing information that can be used to help create a safer and healthier campus community. A report of our campus results, comparing our data to the statewide data, will be shared with the Substance Education, Assessment and Recovery program.

Your responses will be kept completely confidential by the U of A Little Rock Survey Research Center and never linked to your name or other personal information. All data will be reported in aggregate and individual responses will not be released or reported. Your participation is voluntary, and you may choose to skip questions or stop responding at any point. If you do not complete the survey, none of your responses will be retained. Any information obtained that can be connected to you in any way will not be linked to your name in any report. There are no anticipated risks to participants greater than those experienced in daily life.
