Holistic Admissions Workshop to Be Held Nov. 2

There is more to holistic admissions than just considering everything an applicant can bring to a program. The Graduate School and International Education, in partnership with Educational Testing Service, is hosting a workshop on the best practices for faculty to implement in the holistic admissions process.
The session, titled "Recruiting and Admitting Diverse Students," will be presented at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 2, via Zoom by Clemson University's Frankie Felder, associate professor emeritus and former senior associate dean of the Graduate School. Registration is required.
In this seminar, attendees will learn about the full breadth of practices that promote fairness, processes that mitigate bias and strategies that can help you achieve your diversity enrollment goals as faculty members.
