Take a Study Break in Mullins Library

As finals approach, the University Libraries have teamed up with partners across campus to offer study breaks in the west lobby of Mullins Library that are free and open to all U of A students. Mullins Library will also offer extended hours

Monday, Dec. 5 

  • 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. — Refreshments and a wellness activity with University Recreation
  • 2 p.m. — Legos and snacks with the College of Engineering
  • 6-8 p.m. — Book-themed ornament making with Razorbook Club 

Tuesday, Dec. 6 

  • 9-11 a.m. — Coffee and donuts with Academic Integrity 
  • 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. — Fill your own candy bag with New Student and Family Programs 
  • 2-4 p.m. — Snacks and water with Academic Integrity

Wednesday, Dec. 7 

  • 10 a.m. — PopTarts and coffee with the Global Campus 
  • 12-2 p.m. — Holiday card making with the University Libraries
  • 6-8 p.m. — Refreshments and a wellness activity with University Recreation

Thursday, Dec. 8 

  • 9 a.m. to noon — Coffee with the Associated Student Government and Counseling and Psychological Services 
  • 12-3 p.m. — Therapy dog sessions with the Eleanor Mann School of Nursing (reservation required)

Friday, Dec. 9 

  • 1-3 p.m. — Hot chocolate with the Writing Studio

Monday, Dec. 12 

  • 8:30 a.m. — Coffee, breakfast snacks and cookies with Fulbright College 
  • 12-3 p.m. — Therapy dog sessions with the Eleanor Mann School of Nursing (reservation required)
  • 5-9 p.m. — Hot chocolate bar with Greek Life 

Tuesday, Dec. 13 

  • 9:30 a.m. — Bagels, coffee and juice with the University Libraries 

Wednesday, Dec. 14 

  • 10 a.m. — Coffee, hot cocoa and tea with the Honors College 
  • 2-4 p.m. — Drinks and snacks with University Housing
