Beth Juhl, web services librarian, will offer two free, in-person training sessions next week on using the citation manager Zotero. All students, faculty and staff are welcome to attend, and registration is required.

The first session will begin at 4 p.m. Monday, Jan. 23, and the second session will be offered at 4 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 26. Both sessions will be held in MULN 439. Please note that each training session will cover the same content. There is no need to attend both sessions.

Zotero is a free program that allows users to collect, organize and cite research publications as they write. It is also a robust platform for taking notes, managing quotes and paraphrasing sources. Attendees are encouraged to bring a laptop to these sessions so that they can install Zotero plugins and start using the program right away.
