We need your voice! Please fill out the Disability Employee Impact Group's narrative form today to express your experience as a staff member, faculty member or student at the U of A. A public report will utilize the information retrieved from this form and has the ability to keep all identities and positions anonymous and confidential upon request.

This form only takes approximately 5-10 minutes to complete and will remain open until today, Feb. 24.
