New Student Orientation in the Office of Admissions is now accepting applications for 2023 orientation leaders.

Orientation leaders are a carefully selected group of students whose primary responsibility is helping first-year and transfer students transition smoothly to the U of A.

Orientation leaders will be employees of the Office of Admission from May through August 2023 in order to participate in orientation leader training, as well as each orientation session hosted. Orientation leaders will work approximately eight and a half hours daily, Monday through Friday, and will receive approximately $2,650 in wages. Additional benefits include on-campus housing for the duration of the program and a meal plan with dining dollars.

Applicants must be currently enrolled undergraduate students, have completed at least 12 hours of credit by May 15 and have a 2.5 cumulative GPA or higher. The deadline to apply is at 11:59 p.m. Friday, March 24.
