Catherine Beasley has been named the director of Northwest Arkansas Industry and Community Engagement in the Division of Economic Development.

In this role she will work directly with companies and organizations in the region to understand their needs and educate them about the many ways to connect and engage with the U of A, while continuously managing and monitoring their progress.

"I am delighted to have Catherine join my team," said Cherie Rachel, senior director of industry and community engagement. "She has a wealth of knowledge and experience that is highly relevant to this position and the division overall."
