It's On Us Sponsors Safe Love Event at Arkansas Union April 4

It's On Us invites students to attend our Safe Love event from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesday, April 4, in Arkansas Union room 506. This event will provide cookies, brownies and an informative pamphlet. This event is not ticketed and is free to all currently enrolled U of A students. 

The purpose of this event is to educate people on signs of manipulation in relationships, the specific types of manipulation and ways to get out of unsafe situations. It's On Us aims to bring awareness to sexual assault, support victims and put an end to sexual abuse. The information provided at this event will help serve our goal of putting an end to sexual assault on this campus by informing people on unsafe relationships and how to safely exit them. 

This event is supported by the Student Activities Fee as a funded event by the Associated Student Government and is free to all currently enrolled University of Arkansas, Fayetteville, students who pay the student activities fee. This event is held in a venue that meets ADA standards. Individuals with disabilities are encouraged to attend this event. All donated bikes will be given to Pedal It Forward, a local nonprofit that will refurbish your bike and return it to the U of A campus to be gifted to a student in need. Hundreds of students have already benefited.
