New Resource Developed to Address Common Pay Slip Questions
Photo Submitted

As a result of feedback and frequently asked questions received from faculty, staff, graduate assistants and other student employees, the U of A Payroll Services team has developed a new resource to "tour" a typical pay slip on Workday.

The new page includes information and definitions for each section of your virtual pay stub. Payroll Services also plans to continue updating and enhancing the page. Additional information will be provided as it becomes available, including:

  • Appendix of earnings
  • Appendix of pre-tax deductions
  • Appendix of post-tax deductions
  • Calculation tool for salary workers displaying how the hourly rate is calculated each pay period
  • Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

If you have any questions, please contact payroll@uark.edu. Your questions may be helpful in identifying additional FAQs to share with the broader employee population.
