Dolan to Present Conditionality and the Composition of the World Bank Staff

The International and Global Studies Program, in cooperation with the Department of Political Science in the Fulbright College of Arts and Sciences and the Department of Economics in the Sam M. Walton College of Business, will host the second joint lecture in the interdisciplinary speakers' series on Global Development and Governance. Lindsay Dolan of Wesleyan University will talk about "Conditionality and the Composition of the World Bank Staff" from 3-4:15 p.m. Friday, March 31, in the Willard J. Walker Hall (WJWH) 427.

Dolan is a political scientist and assistant professor of government at Wesleyan University. Her research and teaching interests include international organizations, foreign aid, development and experimental methods. She received her Ph.D. from Columbia University. Prior to joining the faculty at Wesleyan, she was a postdoctoral research fellow at the Niehaus Center for Globalization and Governance at Princeton University. Her articles are appearing in or accepted at the American Journal of Political Science, Review of International Organizations, Studies in Comparative International Development and International Interactions.
