Human Resources to Bring Faculty and Staff Additional Wellness Resources

Human Resources is motivated to bring you more health and wellness resources! In partnership with University Recreation, University Libraries, our benefits vendors and other campus offices, we want to provide you with more opportunities to be wholistically well as a U of A employee!

Now, students and employees will have separate wellness webpages. While many of our campus resources overlap, some apply only to students or only to employees. Many employees may not be aware of wellness resources available around campus or through U of A insurance. We want to ensure that everyone, whether student, staff or faculty, are aware of all the health and wellness resources available.

HR is working on a monthly faculty/staff wellness newsletter and will be creating programs that will be in addition to the wonderful programming already provided by UREC. Many of these programs will count toward UREC's Wellness Certificate. Watch for upcoming announcements regarding additional programming that we will be offering, as well as to sign up for our newsletter. Please check out the faculty and staff wellness web page. If you have any questions regarding faculty and staff wellness, please email hrwell@uark.edu.

We want to name our employee wellness program! Help us decide on a name for our Health and Wellness initiatives by emailing hrwell@uark.edu.
