Summer 2023 Outside Employment

If you plan to engage in outside employment this summer, please complete an Outside Employment Request form and a "Conflict of Interest (COI) – Yes" form. Both forms will be available Monday, May 15, through InfoReady and should not be submitted in paper or PDF form.

Per UAF Policy 404.0, these forms are required for all full-time (30 hours or more) faculty and non-classified staff at the university who are paid by another employer. Outside employment activities include teaching, researching as defined by BOT Policy 210.1, consulting or working with any foreign entity (for a full list of activities, see UAF Policy 404.0). To learn more about COI and outside employment, visit rsic.uark.edu/other/coi and send any inquiries to uarkcoi@uark.edu

Please note, COI and Outside Employment forms for the 2023-24 academic year will open Aug. 1. Details will be provided before the fall semester begins.
