150 Forward Strategic Planning Update and Resources Overview Recording Now Available

A recording of the recent 150 Forward Strategic Planning Update and Resources Overview learning session is now available for viewing for U of A community members. The session was conducted with EAB, a firm specializing in higher education that is partnering with the university on various aspects of the planning process.

U of A Chief of Staff Laura Jacobs, along with EAB partners David Vuletich and Paul Gunther, led the session. Jacobs provided an update of where the strategic planning process is following several activities thus far as the campus sets goals and objectives going into the summer. Vuletich and Gunther walked participants through the type of benchmarking, white papers and other tools that are available for members of the university community.

You can watch a recording of the discussion at video.uark.edu. Only those with UARK credentials will be able to access the recording.

The video is 52 minutes in length. If you have a question that was not answered during the discussion, you are encouraged to submit it at feedback@uark.edu.

The university is currently in the second phase of the 150 Forward strategic planning process. Next steps will include developing three working groups (one focused on each of the three pillars: student success, research excellence and employer of choice) to workshop possible metrics or KPIs and to start the process of identifying strategies and tactics.
