Fayetteville Policies and Procedures: Policy Update
The Fayetteville campus has adopted a new policy:
To comply with federal and state law mandatory disclosure requirements, all units and their departments, divisions and offices must report all foreign gifts received from or contracts entered into with a foreign source. The university has long required this in practice and the newly articulated policy provides definitions and codifies the process for disclosure.
