Updating Your Microsoft Profile Picture
Photo Submitted

University faculty, staff and students will now be able to add/update their Microsoft Office profile picture with ease. Rather than having to correctly size, format and submit an image for approval, you can now upload your profile pictures at your own convenience.

Profile pictures uploaded to your Microsoft account will be displayed on Outlook, Teams and other Microsoft 365 services. For the best results, images sized 648 x 648 are recommended. Please note, sync times across all applications may take up to 24 hours. Visit Outlook to upload your new profile picture!

For more information or assistance, visit Microsoft's website for step-by-step instructions or contact the IT Help Desk at 479-575-2905.

While users can choose and upload their own profile pictures, any photo that goes against university guidelines will be removed and handled accordingly.
