Annual Report on Outside Employment Due by Sept. 15

BOT Policy 450.1 and Fayetteville Policies and Procedures (FPP) 404.0 Appendix B to FPP 404.0 require all full-time faculty and exempt staff (nine or 12 months, 30 hours or more per week) to report outside employment activities from the previous fiscal year, July 1, 2022-June 30, 2023.

This year the form (Appendix C: Annual Report on Outside Employment) form should be completed on InfoReady by Sept. 15, 2023. UAF employees are required to report information for each outside employer.
