The P4 Initiative team in fall 2023.

The People Planet and Profit Project — or P4 — is dedicated to advancing sustainable business practices. Our mission is clear: assist companies in achieving B-Corp certification, a prestigious recognition of their commitment to social and environmental responsibility. 

P4 is a dynamic organization fueled by a passion for creating positive change within the corporate world. The 2023 team is composed of M.B.A. students eager to make a lasting impact: Gustavo Samudio, president; Peyton Hall, vice president for recruitment; Hayley Beard, vice president for talent development; and members Sydney Combs, Vanessa Gonzalez, Olivia Stieren, Caiden Tays, Baylie Lanier, Andrew Prather, Maclain Wheeler, Rex Rollins, Cole Matlock, Lauren Lasiter and Tyler Merreighn.

We also extend an invitation to local NWA businesses to collaborate with us on a transformative sustainability journey.
