U of A Offers Free Application Days for Arkansas Students

Arkansas students applying for undergraduate admission at the U of A can do so for free from Oct.13-15 as part of the Free Application Days event.

In partnership with the Office of the Provost, the Office of Admissions will waive the application fee for any Arkansas student who applies for undergraduate admission during these dates.

To take advantage of this opportunity, students should visit apply.uark.edu and submit an application prior to Oct. 16.

"The University of Arkansas is a destination for students from across our state, and we welcomed a record number of new freshmen from Arkansas to campus again this fall," said Suzanne McCray, dean of admissions. "Our Free Application Days event is part of our effort to ensure that every Arkansan who wants to be a Razorback has the opportunity to apply for admission."

Admission counselors are ready to provide guidance or answer questions at uofa@uark.edu or (479) 575-5346. To schedule a campus visit, students should go to visit.uark.edu.
