Study on Mindfulnesss, Social Media and Mental Health Seeks Participants

Who can participate?

  • Adults 18 years old and older.

  • Must be an undergraduate or graduate student

What will I be asked to do?

  • Complete an online survey (15-20 minutes) that asks about mindfulness practices, social media engagement, and mental health.

  •  Students that complete the survey will be entered into a raffle with the chance of winning a $250 dollar gift card.
