Do You Have Trouble Sleeping? Participants Needed

The Sleep and Stress Research Laboratory at the U of A is examining the link between sleep and stress in adults.

Who can participate?

  • Adults 18 years old and older.
  • Individuals with a current or past history of difficulty falling or staying asleep.

What will I be asked to do?

  • Complete an online screening to be placed in our recruitment database.
  • Provide consent to be contacted if you are eligible for any of our ongoing or future studies. You may opt out at any time by sending us an email.
