The deadline for the 2023-24 Cybersecurity Awareness training has been extended through Jan. 31. This training must be completed by all faculty, staff and student workers. The previous deadline of Dec. 22, 2023, has been extended to allow more time for completion. Thank you to those of you who have already completed it! If you haven't already, please take approximately 45 minutes to complete this training in Blackboard Learn.

This annual training has been established to elevate the importance and understanding of cybersecurity at the U of A. Cybersecurity training is meant to provide employees with the knowledge and resources needed to protect personal and university data, ultimately keeping our campus and its members safe.

To access the training, log into Blackboard using your UARK login and find the training listed under "Courses." If you are having trouble accessing the training, contact the IT Help Desk for assistance. For questions related to cybersecurity, contact Ruth Parcells at securityawarenesstraining@groups.uark.edu
