The Union is Booking for the 24-25 Academic Year

The Arkansas Union is now accepting requests for room reservations for the 2024-25 academic year. Room reservations are a critical component of almost any meeting, event or activity; and the Union is ready to serve your group, club or department's needs.

The Arkansas Union has meeting spaces of varying sizes, from six to 600 attendees, and can provide required furniture, audio-visual equipment and other enhancements to make your event successful and memorable. The Union hosts thousands of events and activities each year, so space can be at a premium at busy times of the calendar.

Reservations are open to university departments, Greek organizations and registered student organizations, and can be requested by navigating to the Union's home page and clicking "Make a Reservation" at the top. Please note that at the time of this writing, the system can only be accessed while on the campus network or through the university's virtual private network, Global Protect. All reservations are taken in the order in which they are received. Bookings can be made through any date up to June 30, 2025.

The reservation portal is designed for the use of university departments, Greek organizations and registered student organizations. Non-university patrons looking to book space, or anyone looking for space for their non-university group, should contact the Arkansas Union Events office at auevents@uark.edu for more information.

The Arkansas Union is a department within the Division of Student Affairs.
