New and Improved IT Help Experience
The IT Help Portal (help.uark.edu) will have a new look and additional features coming on March 18. The portal is the starting point for reporting issues or outages, requesting services and finding support contacts.
The new portal includes a comprehensive list of all university technology resources where campus members can request assistance as well as find answers to common tech questions. This is the first of many enhancements that will continue to grow and mature the service platform.
IT Services will assist teams across campus who use the IT Help Portal as their ticketing application. Until the launch of the new portal on March 18, please continue to submit tickets at help.uark.edu or contact the IT Help Desk at 479-575-2905.
