Take this Survey on Campus Business Processes for Chance to Win $50

Faculty, staff and students are invited to participate in a research study about their experiences with business processes at the U of A. By business processes we mean things like hiring, purchasing, reimbursements, onboarding of students, tuition waivers and so on. This project is being conducted as part of the UARK Leaders Program.

The purpose of the survey is to find out what works well and what does not work well and to get your ideas for how to improve efficiency and ease of business processes. Our focus is on systems, not on individuals. In other words, the purpose of this survey is not to place blame for cases where business processes do not work efficiently.

We know from our own experience how hard people work at this university. Instead we want to focus on how systems can be created that make everyone's job easier, while accomplishing the goals of the university most efficiently. You can help by providing us with your opinion, thoughts and experiences.

All information will be kept confidential to the extent allowed by applicable state and federal law. Your name will not be associated in our records with your individual responses. Data will be stored on a password protected computer system. When answering questions that require written responses, please avoid providing responses that would reveal your identity. If you choose, you can provide your name and email at the end of the survey to be entered in a drawing for one of 10 $50 gift card cards. Your contact information will not be associated with your survey responses in any way.

This project has been approved by the U of A Research Integrity and Compliance office. You may contact James Lampinen at lampinen@uark.edu on behalf of the researchers for further information.
