The Office of Financial Affairs and the Human Resources Talent Development team are joining forces to host this year's Accounting Certificate Program. Spanning four consecutive Tuesdays in April, the program will delve into essential topics such as general ledger accounting, foundation and tax compliance, data security basics and many more.

A change to this year's program is that all participants are required to attend all sessions in person to receive credit. The training is facilitated by the Office of Financial Affairs at Uptown Campus West, 1001 E. Sain St. in Fayetteville.

A notable feature of this program is accreditation for Continuing Professional Education (CPE), with successful completion counting toward 23 hours of CPE credit.

Space is limited, and registration is required. Registration begins at 8 a.m. on March 18. Once enrolled in the first session on April 9, you will be automatically enrolled in the full program and will not need to re-enroll for the following sessions. Please visit the EDP Calendar to enroll. The schedule is as follows:

  • April 9 — 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

  • April 16 — 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

  • April 23 — 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

  • April 30 — 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
