New IT Help Portal Now Available
Photo Submitted

As of today, March 18, the IT Help Portal has a new look and features, including additional resources and tools available to aid with typical tech issues and inquiries. These resources and information can be found on help.uark.edu under the service catalog and knowledge base.

The service catalog is a comprehensive, organized collection of all university related services offered to faculty, staff and students. Along with the service catalog, the knowledge base has many articles answering common questions received by the IT Help Desk. If there is a question the knowledge base doesn't answer, visit the service catalog and request assistance.

The help portal will continue to serve as a source to create tickets, request services and find software and instructions. Due to the changes to the portal, emails regarding service requests and incidents will come from uarkhelp@uark.edu.
