Arab Students Association: Palestinian Iftaar
Arab Students Association

The Arab Students Association is partnering up with the Muslim Students Association and invites all UARK students to come and attend our Palestinian-themed "Iftaar" from 7:15-8:45 p.m. Monday, April 8, in the Graduate Education Building room 343, which will be followed by a free Palestinian dinner (vegetarian options will be provided).

Iftaar refers to the fast-breaking evening meal that Muslims share during the Islamic month of Ramadan. While currently embroiled in conflict and suffering, the Palestinian people are a resilient people who have fostered a rich and beautiful culture, and we hope to share some of that with y'all! All students are welcome (no, you don't have to be a Muslim to join us!), and we hope to see y'all there!

This event is supported by the Student Activities Fee as a funded event by the Associated Student Government and is free to all currently enrolled University of Arkansas, Fayetteville, students who pay the student activities fee.
