Argentinean Senior Advertising Manager Lorena Oxenford to Give Talk and Workshop

Considered one of the 10 most influential female publicists in Latin America, Lorena Oxenford is currently vice-president of the Mayo Group, an advertising, marketing and public relations firm in Lima, Peru.

She is director of the Peruvian Advertising Agencies Association and teaches at the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru, the Peruvian University of Applied Sciences and the Peruvian Advertising Institute. 

With more than 34 years of experience, Oxenford specializes in strategic and creative communication, alongside developing and managing advertising campaigns. For her work as director at transatlantic agencies such as FCB and McCann Erickson, Oxenford has received multiple awards such as the Cannes, the Effie Latam, the Gran Effi and the Ojo de Iberoamérica. 

Oxenford's workshop will take place 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Tuesday, April 16, at the World Languages Digital Humanities Studio, J.B. Hunt Center room 207.

Oxenford's talk, followed by Q&A, will take place 3-4:30 p.m. Wednesday, April 17, at Mullins Library room 439.
