Registration and Training Required for Summer Minor Camps and Programs
To ensure the U of A is maintaining a safe and secure environment for children, all camps and programs involving minors must be registered online, in compliance with Fayetteville Policies and Procedures 217.1 - Protection of Minors on Campus.
Once the registration form is submitted online, the camp or program director will receive an email with the staff and volunteer roster template. All individuals working for the camp or program must be added to the roster and submitted 30 days before the event begins. Mandated Reporter training must also be completed before the start of the event.
