A performance of Cristina Comencini's Due Partite (2006) will be given by students enrolled in ITAL 3113 Introduction to Italian Literature at 6 p.m. Wednesday, April 24, in CORD 127. The general introduction of the play will be given by Alessandro Palazzuoli-Bevilacqua, with music performed by Leah Foster and Matteo Campagnola.
Due Partite is set in the 1960s, where a group of four married women gathers every Thursday to play cards and discuss their marriages, love lives and motherhood while their daughters play in the next room.
